Crostini Topping

Girls Night with my sisters tonight and I made this very yummy salsa-type dish. 4 roma tomatoes 2 avocados 1 mango Cut into chunks and mix in a bowl. Add 1 Tbsp lemon juice and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. We served it on toasted slices of ciabatta bread (crostini).

Gloria's Sausage Gravy with Biscuits

Just finished eating up these yummy biscuits and gravy from www.allrecipes.com p.s. I didn't make the biscuits, just used Bisquick biscuits.
